The image consists of several mast cells, numerous eosinophils and few spindle shaped cells (fibrocytes). The mast cells are moderately to well granulated and have round to oval nucleus with finely stippled chromatin. Anisokaryosis and anisocytosis are mild. The diagnosis of mast cell tumor. Biopsy/histopathology are needed to determine tumor grade.
